If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Outpace Professional Services - FZCO, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site exceed USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
