Who we are
We left the Big 4 behind on purpose.
Founded in 2007 by consultants who were tired of bureaucracy, burnout culture, and cookie-cutter advice — OPS was built to do what the big firms could not: move at the speed of business, with the same calibre of thinking.

Founded — reinvented in 2026
Offices across three continents
Senior-led, remote-first delivery
Our origin
Built from frustration. Driven by results.
In 2007, a group of consultants walked out of the Big 4 world and started something different. Not because they doubted the quality of the work — but because the model was broken. Six-month sales cycles. Junior staff carousels. Recommendations that sat in binders. Clients who paid premium fees and got process, not progress.
The mission from day one was simple: build a firm that actually moves at the speed of business. No red tape. No boilerplate frameworks retrofitted to every engagement. No leaving the room when implementation started — Sequoia-calibre strategic support, delivered to every business owner and operator.
In 2026, OPS relocated its headquarters to Dubai, UAE — a deliberate bet on the city's emergence as the next great global business hub. With satellite offices in New York, Halifax, Montreal, and Toronto, and a fully remote, deliberately lean team, OPS operates where its clients need it most.
“Think Deloitte-quality strategy, implementation, and support — without the red tape, the six-month sales cycles, or the junior-staff carousel.”
The difference
OPS vs the traditional model
| What matters to you | Big 4 / Traditional firms | Outpace Professional Services |
|---|---|---|
| Time to value | Months of discovery, scoping, and proposal cycles before work begins. | Engagements structured to deliver measurable outcomes in 60–90 days. |
| Who does the work | Senior partners sell, junior staff deliver. The person who understood your business leaves after the pitch. | The senior advisor who scopes your engagement is the one who executes it. |
| Deliverable | Strategy decks and recommendations. Implementation is a separate engagement. | We stay through implementation. The work is done when the results are real. |
| Cost structure | Premium fees underwriting large offices, partner distributions, and brand overhead. | A lean operating model passes the efficiency directly to the client. |
| Who we serve | Primarily Fortune 500 and public sector — smaller organisations get the C-team. | Every client gets the same calibre of thinking, regardless of size. |
| Pace | Governed by internal process, approval chains, and risk-management culture. | Governed by the speed your business actually operates at. |
How we work
Six operating principles
Results over process
Every engagement is measured against outcomes, not deliverables. A 200-slide deck that does not change anything is a failure. A two-page action plan that moves the business forward is a success.
Speed is a feature
The most valuable insight is the one that arrives in time to act on. OPS operates at business speed — not consulting-firm speed. Fast decisions, fast delivery, fast feedback loops.
Senior advice, always
The people who understand your business are the people who do the work. We do not use engagements as training grounds for junior consultants. Every client gets our best thinking, directly.
Built for the real world
Our frameworks are built for implementation, not presentation. We design recommendations that can be executed by real teams, with real budgets, in real organisations — not ideal ones.
Continuous learning
The business world moves faster than any methodology. OPS invests in staying current — in technology, regulation, market dynamics, and operational practice — because outdated advice is worse than no advice.
Honest, always
We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. If a strategy will not work, we say so. If a system is the wrong choice, we say so. Trust is built on honesty, not comfort.

Founded — United States
A team of experienced consultants leaves the Big 4 to build a firm that operates at the speed of business. The founding thesis: Sequoia-calibre strategic support should not be reserved for the Fortune 500.
First manufacturing and energy clients
OPS builds its first deep sector practices in manufacturing and energy — industries where the gap between strategy and operational reality is most expensive and most fixable.
Digital transformation practice launched
OPS becomes an official Odoo partner and launches its ERP implementation practice. Today, as an Odoo and NetSuite partner, the team assesses the operating problem before recommending a platform.
Fully remote operating model adopted
OPS transitions to a permanently distributed, remote-first model — reducing overhead, expanding the talent pool, and proving that senior-quality consulting does not require a corner office.
Sovereign Data and Cybersecurity practices launched
As data sovereignty and cybersecurity become boardroom issues rather than IT concerns, OPS expands its practice areas to meet clients where the risk is real and the expertise gap is widest.
Headquarters relocated to Dubai, UAE
OPS makes a deliberate bet on Dubai's emergence as the next great global business hub — relocating its headquarters to the UAE while maintaining satellite offices across North America.
